Your order is processed and scheduled within 48 hours, with delivery completed within 3 working days of your order being placed.

Delivery scheduled
We’ll send your scheduled delivery date by text and email, so you know exactly when to expect us. If the date doesn’t work for you, just give us a call and we can rearrange it.

Out for delivery
On the day, you’ll receive an out-for-delivery notification with a delivery time window, plus live tracking updates by text and email — including an alert when you’re the next stop.

Delivered & Ready to Burn
Once your firewood has been delivered, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation. Your seasoned or kiln dried logs arrive ready to store, stack and burn.

Seasoned hardwood
Air-dried over 18 months, under 20% moisture. Best value per bag and a long, steady burn.
Kiln dried hardwood
Finished in our own kiln for the lowest moisture and the fastest light. Cleanest stove glass.
Briteflame coal
Smokeless, in 20kg bags. Ideal alongside hardwood in a multi-fuel stove.
Kindling & bundles
Bundles combine logs, coal and kindling for the biggest saving on one delivery.
